Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a
refund or exchange.
Tooling Return Policy:
Our goal is to ensure your complete satisfaction. If, for whatever reason, you are dissatisfied with your tool purchase, we are here to help. You may place a return to DATRON Dynamics within 30 days of purchase subject to the conditions listed below:
- To be eligible for a return, all items must be unused and in the same condition that they were received.
- No returns will be accepted for customized tools.
- Claims for damaged items must be made within two business days of receipt of merchandise.
Refunds & Credits:
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we received your return. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your account.
The customer is responsible for shipping costs associated with returning items. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:
* Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to
